My background includes over 25 years in the HR profession. It's been my privilege to work with great people in companies of all sizes and multiple industries in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia in hands-on roles and as an executive. I work as a practical change agent, evaluating needs, identifying alternatives and helping to implement and enhance HR systems, practices and reporting solutions. I work with a network of experienced consultants who bring expertise across a wide range of HR skill sets including team building, coaching, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and other areas.
